Urgent issues such as an active major pipe leak that is causing on-going damage, an emergency plumbing service can be called. Be aware that HOA is responsible for leaks inside the walls and homeowner is responsible for leaks inside their unit. If the leak inside your unit has caused damage inside the walls and or another unit, contact your insurance company.

For issues that are the responsibly of the HOA, Windemere and the Board will follow up with remediation such as moisture control and drywall repair after the immediate issue has been fixed.

For all other non-urgent requests, including maintenance, new resident requests, board requests, etc. please contact Nova Association Management Partners at the number above or email: solution.team@novaamp.com .

FORMS

It is each homeowner's responsibility to submit all requests in writing for further review by Nova and the Board. Non-owner residents must have their homeowner’s (i.e. the deeded owner of the condo) written approval before the their request will be considered.

There are two entrances to Whaler's Village. Please use the correct entrance for the building you are trying to access. Visitor parking is limited to parking spots marked "Visitor".

Please note that there is no visitor parking within the gates, and all parking spots marked "Resident" require a resident parking permit.
