As of December 1, 2021, Whalers Village is now professionally managed by Nova Association Management Partners LLC, a property management company located in Bellevue, WA. After going through an extensive review of dozens of community management companies in the area, we're confident that our community manager, Laura Lotz, will provide a high level of service for our owners and residents.

  1. POOL OPENING AND SECURITY

Our pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Due to lifting of Covid restrictions in Washington State, full opening of the pool is effective 7/1/21. Safety is our top priority. By using unique codes, we can more carefully control access to the pool area. We require all residents to have a unique 6 digit code and a pool bracelet to enter the pool area. Home owners can email board@whalers-village.com to request pool bracelet and key code.



PLUMBING REPLACEMENT

In 2019 and 2021 special assessments were levied to each homeowner for community supply and drain water lines. This work will start in second quarter of 2022 and be completed by the end of the year.

WATER HEATER ALERT

Old water heaters can leak or burst, causing thousands of dollars of damage. Dozens of Whalers Village residents have been displaced from their homes when ceilings and walls are flooded and must be repaired or replaced.

Home owners are responsible that hot water heaters are installed in compliance with applicable codes and are maintained and have earthquake straps and pans. Hot water heaters must be replaced when life expectancy has been reached. Please check your water heater. Yearly service is recommended.
