Urgent issues such as a active major pipe leak that is causing on-going damage, an emergency plumbing service can be called. Be aware that HOA is responsible for leaks inside the walls and Homeowner is responsible for leaks inside their unit. If the leak inside your unit has caused damage inside the walls and/or to another unit, contact your insurance company.

For issues that are the responsibility of the HOA, NOVA and the board will follow up with remediation such as moisture control and drywall repair after the immediate issue has been fixed.

If you are a renter, please contact your landlord or property owner.

After you have contacted Nova , please contact your insurance company to report a possible claim.

For all other non-urgent requests, including maintenance, new resident requests, board requests, etc. please contact Nova at the number above or email solution.team@novaamp.com.

There are two entrances to Whaler's Village. Please use the correct entrance for the building you are trying to access. Visitor parking is limited to parking spots marked "Visitor".

Please note that there is no visitor parking within the gates, and all parking spots marked "Resident" require a resident parking permit.
